We are seeking an expert in Business Development to join our team.We offer flexibility in terms of the working location. As the Business Development Manager, you will have a pivotal role in driving the company’s growth and expanding our client network. Our target clients are pharmaceutical companies who are interested in collaborating for pharmaceutical distribution, promotion, and commercialization in the CEE (Central and Eastern Europe) region.

IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:

  • Networking: Build and maintain a robust professional network within the pharmaceutical industry. Attend industry events, conferences, and seminars to expand your network.
  • Market Research: Review and analyze market potentials, and prepare and present business cases to potential clients.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at potential partner organizations.
  • Development Management: Coordinate internal developments of products with regulatory, supply, procurement, Third Party Manufacturers etc
  • Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive revenue growth by effectively showcasing our capabilities, negotiating terms, and closing deals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with our sales, marketing, and regulatory teams to align business development efforts with company goals and strategies.

WE BELIEVE THAT YOU HAVE:

  • Exceptional networking skills and a well-established professional network in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • A proven track record of at least 5 years of successful experience in international business within the pharmaceutical sector.
  • A strong understanding of business development needs and market development trends.
  • Experience working with various organizations, ranging from small start-ups to global international companies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving and achieving targets.
